Returns & Refunds Policy

As all products sold on this website are digital, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable once they have been accessed, downloaded, or streamed. By purchasing a digital product, you agree that delivery is immediate and therefore your right to cancel is waived.

Because of the nature of digital content, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or Defective Files

If you experience an issue with your purchase, such as a file not downloading correctly, being corrupted, or not functioning as intended, please contact us at hello@francescaamber.com.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or resolve the problem. Refunds will only be considered in cases where a file is confirmed to be defective and cannot be successfully replaced or accessed.
